Kerry Hixon, President of Pat Campbell Insurance, shares great insights as to the evolution of their agency. Kerry says,
One of the things that has been the biggest benefit of the program, has been the employee involvement; the fact that they (staff) stand side by side with management and make the decisions along with them. It gives them ownership.
Kerry also mentions,
The staff realize the benefits of the program in areas of personal growth, in terms of time savings, in terms of quality of their life....a lot of the program benefits are directly related to the quality of their life, and the enjoyment of their career, the increased focus on being a consultant or professional as opposed to being a paper processor.
