Agency Principal Credits Solutions with 27% Profit Increase

"I’m Kevin Huffmaster, owner of Huffmaster Insurance agency, located in small town of 7,000 people in southwest Missouri.

We joined Solutions almost 2 years ago….we’ve really experienced some phenomenal things.  Recently I did my profitability numbers and comparing 2009 to 2008 we have increased our profit by 27%.  I would have to contribute probably good 80%, maybe even 100% of the success to Solutions they have provided us with.

We are no longer an order taker…we do more than just talk to them about price…

Had a customer in yesterday on commercial policy asking all these questions and brought up all these scenarios, ‘Gosh, when I went to other agencies they did not ask me any of these questions’.  When he left I think we had built a real degree of professionalism…as a matter of fact just wrote the account an hour ago

Solutions been an asset to us, almost like hiring another employee….they are available every day, that employee brings with them technology knowledge, website knowledge, insurance knowledge, and how to run a better agency knowledge.  If you did have an employee who brought a resume in your office, with that as their credentials, what employer wouldn’t hire that person?

 They love our staff meetings that we have….a lady came here from another agency… ‘Your agency just seems to be pro-active to everything’.  

We just can’t seem to slow down here, unreal…new business just coming in the door."
