Protection Review - Leads to Huge List of Referrals

“I had a lady come in my office today, a referral from one of our current customers.  We had her fill out our Protection Review.   'You checked here that if you had a million dollar loss you would want it paid.”  She said ‘Absolutely, aren’t I covered now?’  I said, ‘No you’re not but we are in business to protect you.’   She said, ’My parents own a restaurant. I will bring you their policies and I’m having my daughter come in, you are going to get all kinds of referrals.’  

That would not have happened without the Protection Review.   Having that form and knowing how to talk to people helped us get a lot of new business.   They answer their own questions."
