"Agency consists of 20 employees... 2nd generation business.  We knew doing it the 'same old way' was not always the best.  When we saw that Advanced Automation's Solution program was backed by some of our insurance companies, we thought we would take a look.  Our average age employee is between 45 - 50.  We thought best to get an 'outsider view'.  Employees really took ownership, along with the two Owners.  It has helped each desk and each department be more efficient.  Made us be more accountable.  We are more conscious of rounding out accounts.  There were facets where the more experienced employees might say 'I don't see that working with my age group' but then we go through the lesson and 9 times out of 10 they would see how what is being taught makes sense.  We are seeing increased revenue and with more activity comes more sales."
