VOLUME 1 ISSUE 12 |

One
of the things I continually stumble over is the need to change.
And I have found that there is a difference in wanting
“change” and “relief”. Relief
just wants my world to change with little of no effort from me.
Great idea. Lousy
results.
I am confronted with the uncomfortable idea every day that I must do something different from yesterday if I want new results. Everyday I hear from agents that they want things better in their agency, but they are not ready to make the commitment, or investment, in change. In a word, "That's crazy". Actually that's two words, but you get the point.
I am asking you to take advantage of the incredible resources we make available to you. For example, when is the last time your staff explored the new classes in the Virtual Classroom? Better yet, when is the last time your owners have joined in on an Owners and Managers Discussion Group?
If life has gotten in the way, then give us a call. Our commitment is your success. I know it's not always easy. But if I can change, believe me... anyone can. To see how much I have changed, come to our Dallas Conference June 9 - 11, 2005.

our operation.
Advanced Automation brings to the agency a
common sense approach on handling everyday issues
that we did not even realize were reducing our productivity.
Our association has made it possible for us
to set up new procedures, rethink many workflows and
we did not have to invent the wheel.
Advanced Automation already has the concepts
in a workable format for us to begin.
We look forward to our continued relationship
