Tip Of The Month
The Positive Side Of Stress

Everyone has felt stressed at one time or another. The question is not "if" you have experienced stress but whether stress tends to be a positive or negative influence on your life.

A great example of the positive use of stress is a suspension bridge. The massive cables are pulled in two directions at the same time. By balancing the tension, bridges such as the Golden Gate Bridge are able to stand for years to come. The key is balancing the stress each cable is under, much like balancing the pressures that staff experience daily.
