The focus of Level 1 is to introduce new technology which will used throughout the entire Solutions program. Level 1 takes 11 weeks to complete.

Through a dynamic new agency website, your staff will learn how to redirect many of the time-consuming service requests to the Internet. These requests will be efficiently handled through a sophisticated administration panel using our proprietary SQL-based CAROL web application. CAROL is short for Customer Account Rep On-line, and will literally become a new employee for your agency.

Next, you will learn how to customize a 24/7 Call Center to provide your customers with round-the-clock unparalleled customer service. This powerful tool can be used:

  • As part of your disaster recovery plan.
  • As an overflow for service requests.
  • A cost-effective way to take information for quotes.
  • To create an upper-level of service for VIP accounts.
