The purpose of Level 2 is to begin a culture-shift from a focus on processing to one focused on protection. Level 2 takes 14 weeks to complete.

Throughout this level, your staff will learn:

  • To retrain themselves to get more control over their day.
  • To retrain their customers to your agency's way of doing business.
  • New communication skills.
  • Ways to deal with difficult customers.
  • How to more effectively use Microsoft Outlook in an agency environment.
  • How to use PaperPort as their electronic desktop.
