Level 4 takes 26 weeks to complete. The focus of this level is to create and monitor consistency and accuracy based on the procedures produced in the previous level. It also addresses key human resource issue such as interviewing and hiring new employees and conducting effective staff meetings. It includes:
- Quarterly Staff Reviews by Advanced Automation Personnel
- Creation of Quarterly Agency Performance Reviews
- Coordination of Staff and Performance Reviews with Compensation Plans
- Employee Handbook
- Job Descriptions
It also includes optional electives including:
- Managing Virtual Employees
- Personality Profiles
- Improving Interviewing & Hiring Practices
- Setting-up a Reward & Recognition Program
