Agent Doesn't Want To Attend Leadership Conference
As an owner, I had reservations about attending the Solutions Leadership Conference. I wondered if I needed to be there since I would be delegating a staff member to drive these concepts home. Let me tell you, after going to the training, it was obvious why you feel it is so important for agency owners to attend. Solutions is a cultural shift we are asking the staff to make. This level of commitment must come from the owner of the agency when it is rolled out to the staff. I recommend this to anyone who wants to maximize protection for their clients with the most efficient means of delivery.
